Carly completed the 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Course in India in 2017.
A trained dancer, Carly has incorporated her background in dance with Yoga to create a class incorporating dynamic flows and challenges.
“An ankle injury brought me to fully fall in love with Yoga three years ago, leading me to undertake my Yoga Teacher Training. The meditative aspect/breath techniques have taught me to manage different challenges that come to you in life and be able to move forward with them. Yoga is for anyone and everyone!”
