The Class
All classes are accompanied by Sef on piano and we work together through 40 minutes of barre work followed by centre practice, which aims to get you moving..
Level
The class is not suitable for beginners. At least an intermediate knowledge of ballet technique, and ability to pick steps and an understanding of class etiquette is required. The classes are particularly relevant for recent graduates and aspiring or practicing professionals. Both the pace and difficulty of the class is largely determined by who attends. The classes are accessible to many and respect for all is required.
Tory
Tory trained in Australia and danced there with the Australian Ballet and Australian Dance Theatre before joining Nederlands Dans Theater under the direction of Jiri Kylian. As a freelance teacher, Tory has taught for most major British contemporary dance companies and on the faculties of London Contemporary Dance School, London Studio Centre and Rambert School.
To join in a class, you only need be ready 10 minutes before the class starts. If you have Pineapple membership, you do not need to pay at reception.
