Tai chi can be practiced by nearly all ages and al levels of fitness. People experience a wide variety of benefits from tai chi practice including stretched and toned muscles, improved posture, better balance and coordination, greater self-awareness and increased well-being.
Tai chi is excellent for de-stressing, strengthening after injury, relief from chronic pain (particularly lower back pain), and post-natal mothers.
MAURICE PASSMAN
Maurice Passman, the principal instructor of the Rose Li School, was taught by Rose Li and has over 20 years of experience.
He was formally adopted into her martial arts family (Wu Shu Jia) in 1999, prior to her death in 2001 and was obligated to undertake sole responsibility for teaching all aspects of Nei Jai (Chinese Internal Martial Arts System) after her death. In this way, Miss Li gave Maurice her greatest gift, and one that continues to give: knowledge and understanding.
The Rose Li School is based at Pineapple.
To join in a class, you only need be ready 10 minutes before the class starts. If you have Pineapple membership, you do not need to pay at reception.
