CHEERLEADING

Cheerleading classes are sociable and fun, and a great way to get fit. And you get to use pom poms. The ICF qualified coach will cover all elements of cheerleading including cheers, dancing, kicks, jumps and basic stunting..

You’ll get the chance to be a bit sassy in the pom pom dance section, with some fantastic pom pom routines to chart music such as Britney, PCD, Girls Aloud, Alesha Dixon etc.

The class also covers stunting at a beginner level, in an informal and friendly way. You’ll learn the basic techniques and then work in groups to build impressive stunts, which provide a really sociable aspect to the class. It is great fun and whatever your ability, you are guaranteed to have a laugh.

There will be 4-6 week cheerleading courses for beginners and improvers which is a great introduction to cheerleading and the chance to work on your individual techniques.

PINEAPPLE CHEERLEADERS

Pineapple Cheerleaders are the professional cheerleading squad based at Pineapple Dance Studios. As well as teaching and training at Pineapple, the squad performs at events, including TV, sports matches, launches, promotions and club nights.

To join in a class, you only need be ready 10 minutes before the class starts. If you have Pineapple membership, you do not need to pay at reception.
