Tap dance is as much about about improvisation as choreography so his teaching style is improv with an emphasis on process, so new choreography is always created in the class room.
Junior's priority is always to push the class rhythmically whether in 4/4 or 6/8, in a swing groove or funk.
The level is intermediate/advanced so be prepared to work hard! This is not for beginners. At least 3 years experience is recommended..
