Aina teaches a dynamic flow class that takes inspiration from Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga..

The focus is breath, flow and alignment, also building heat in the body that allows you to work on a deeper level. Aina aspires to connect with her students intuitively and creatively so that no class will ever be the same.

"Because we are all different people with different background and experiences in constant change, how then can my teaching be the same from class to class?"

Aina also believes in having fun in the yoga practice, and encourages students to have a playful and humorous approach when challenges arise. The beginning and end of all yoga practice is to bring body and mind in union with the rest of the universe so that all may exists in contentment.

AINA

Aina has been teaching yoga since 2003 and teaches regular classes at Pineapple every week.

She is an experienced teacher who has taught athletes recovering from injuries, dancers, pregnancy yoga to clients with chronic fatigue syndrome and stressed out politicians.

To join in a class, you only need be ready 10 minutes before the class starts. If you have Pineapple membership, you do not need to pay at reception.
