    • Capoeira

      Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, games, music, and dance. It was developed in the regions known as Bahia, Pernambuco and Rio de Janeiro.

    • Fit & Flexi

      Fit&Flexi was featured in Look magazine as one of the hottest workouts in London! A unique 2-in-1 Fitness & Flexibility class, Fit&Flexi combines an energetic workout with dynamic and static stretches designed to tone, increase muscle definition and improve flexibility.

    • Move Dance Fitness

      Move dance fitness is AJ's baby - a cardio dance class to the best tunes, so easy to follow that anyone can feel like they're in a music video or big musical number - without all that pesky rehearsal (tsk).

    • Pole Dancing (16+)

      Pole Dance Fitness is a great way to increase stamina, strength, fitness and flexibility.

    • Tai Chi
    • Tumbling for Dancers

      To teach people with movement skills and good physicality basic acrobatic and tumbling skills which can be performed on a hard floor (although the classes are conducted on mats).

    • Tumbling for u13's
    • Zumba

      Bored of the Gym? Zumba seems to be the optimal fitness choice, mixing cardio intervals with resistance training! Many experts believe that an interval/resistance combination maximizes caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. 

    • Zumba Fitness

      A fun and energetic class, filled with laughter and screams to get you bouncing off Pineapple's roof within the first minute!

Teachers

    • Adam Pudney

      Born and trained in Australia, Adam Pudney moved to London and joined London City Ballet, dancing in the corps de ballet and performing soloist and character principal roles. In 2007, Adam gained the Royal Academy of Dance Professional Dancers’ Teaching Diploma.

      Dublin born AJ attended Laines before joining the cast of Chicago as Swing. AJstarted and ran the UK's Nr 1 Glee tribute act The Gleeks, is a qualified personal trainer and coach and created Move PopUp Gym.

      Ali is a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor & Nutrition Consultant. She is a professional dancer and choreographer with an honours degree in Biology.

      Ben is a contemporary trained Dancer graduating from Newcastle's Performance Academy, and Ben worked extensively in Germany as a freelance Contemporary dancer and Performance artist.

      Carly trained as a dancer at The Arts Educational School, Tring Park. She has performed around the world and is currently based in England where she is still auditioning, training and teaching. Carly teaches Core Stretch and Zumba at Pineapple.
