Pineapple Community ended the spring term 2018 with a bang!
In April, we received over 100 applications from schools across London. After a long decision process, we selected 20 schools to participate in our April—July roadshows.
During the May half-term period, we held an exclusive day of workshops at Pineapple Dance Studios, with talented choreographers teaching three different styles of dance.
Pineapple Community Youth Ambassadors had their final City Leader pitch during the April half term. Four of our ambassadors worked together over the past few months to plan and prepare their pitch to present to a panel of successful business managers.
In the April half term, Pineapple Community hosted an exciting dance workshop with the UK teams from the Dance World Cup. They had such a lovely time with our instructor Sia, and all flew off to Spain in June to compete at Dance World Cup – the largest dance competition in the world!
