Early Bird

Classes available Mondays & Wednesdays from 07:30-08:30am.

There are a maximum of 30 places in each class to keep things stress-free; we encourage you to book your class online up to 6pm the day before class, or you can pay on arrival. Pineapple members are eligible for discounts and must show their membership card at check-in. 

If you live or work in the Covent Garden area, you are eligible for a £3 discount on your Early Bird classes. Show ID showing your local work or home address at reception on arrival.

Carly: Vinyasa Yoga: Early morning yoga can help to build a healthy, consistent routine to your yoga practice. Practicing yoga early in the morning will warm up your digestive system and help nutrients move more easily through the body, causing it to metabolise carbs and fats more quickly. Vinyasa yoga benefits include increased flexibility, mental focus, cardiovascular conditioning, calorie-burn and muscle development.  Carly’s dance training means you will be guided through a fun, dance, flowy practice.

Mads: Dance - DivaFit. A great keep fit formula , perfect for people wanting to strengthen & tone their bodies whilst feeling fabulous & having a great time. The 60 min workout incorporates & combines various commercial dance styles along with popular, proven fitness moves culminating in a fabulously funky, fun filled, calorie burning workout! Target Areas are: Core Strength, Arm Toning, Leg Toning, Booty Toning, Tummy Toning, Weight loss, Posture & Alignment, Stamina.

      Face the day with a smile on your face and a spring in your step after an Early Bird Dancercise session! The high-energy Dancercise class is a combo of dance styles with a bit of personal training in the mix.

    • Mat Work

      Face the day with a smile on your face and a spring in your step after an Early Bird Dancercise session or Early Bird Mat class! Mat Work gives you a chilled out start to the week with yoga, Pilates, and stretch moves for an endorphin high to set you up for the week ahead.

Teachers

    • Carly Osborne

      Carly trained as a dancer at The Arts Educational School, Tring Park. She has performed around the world and is currently based in England where she is still auditioning, training and teaching. Carly teaches Core Stretch and Zumba at Pineapple.
