In this hour and a half, learn the Pilates based exercises which will help you perform better in a dance or fitness class.

The focus is on strengthening the body and then applying all the skills learnt into a dance routine at the end of class, to help you practice how to turn, jump, balance or even pick up movement quickly and correctly. It is fun and challenging!

Suitable for dancers young and old.
