Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A dynamic and flowing practice, linking the rhythm of the breath with movement.

 The class will focus on breath, balancing the body and creating a deep internal heat that will energize, detoxify and uplift you.

The practice takes you through sequences designed to help you feel healthier and stronger, increase your core strength and flexibility whilst making sure you phold the truthfulness of each pose.

Explore your potential and take on new challenges accompanied by some great tunes to get some good vibes flowing.

Classes are open to all abilities.


    • Aina Wethal

      Aina studied contemporary dance at The Laban Centre and graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in dance theatre. She completed a teaching course with the British School of Yoga in 2003 and the 200 hour intensive Yoga Works teacher training course in 2008 in Norway.
