Bima Padilla

Bima trained in Commercial and Street Dance and after a long break from dancing, she returned to her passion for dance.

She has taught Zumba and Dance Fitness instruction since 2012, teaching in gyms and dance studios all over London. "Being a Zumba instructor is definitely the most rewarding 'job' in the world - it is a fantastically fun way to stay fit, make friends and de-stress!"

Zumba is a dynamic and fun-filled 'fitness party' incorporating a wide range of dance styles including: salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, merengue, hip hop, cha cha and samba.

Zumba is often described as 'exercise in disguise,' and participants usually get so swept away with the infectious, international rhythms, they forget just how much they are working out!

Dance experience is not essential - just a willingness to improve your fitness and above everything else, have fun!
