Carly Osborne

Carly trained as a dancer at The Arts Educational School, Tring Park.

She has performed around the world and is currently based in England where she is still auditioning, training and teaching. Carly teaches Core Stretch and Zumba at Pineapple.

Carly feels that Zumba is a great way to get fit and STAY fit.

Dance is usually short bursts of energy whereas Zumba is a 60 minute continuous workout and you feel great afterwards.

Carly realises the importance of strengthening whilst stretching which is why she has created a ‘Core Stretch’ class.

You will learn to stretch muscles correctly and safely whilst strengthening your core muscles at the same time. Carly's classes are not just for dancers, everyone is welcome.

    • Core Stretch

      Stretching is important for people of all ages! As we age, our muscles tighten and we have less range of motion in our joints. Simple activities that we once took for granted, can all become difficult. A regular stretching program can help lengthen your muscles and make these daily activities easier and more enjoyable.

    • Zumba

      Bored of the Gym? Zumba seems to be the optimal fitness choice, mixing cardio intervals with resistance training! Many experts believe that an interval/resistance combination maximizes caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. 

    • Mat Work

      Face the day with a smile on your face and a spring in your step after an Early Bird Dancercise session or Early Bird Mat class! Mat Work gives you a chilled out start to the week with yoga, Pilates, and stretch moves for an endorphin high to set you up for the week ahead.
