Helen Wadge

Helen has been teaching yoga since completing a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Stretch, London in 2017.

She has been exploring yoga, dance and movement practices for a lifetime! More recently Helen has trained in Chakra Mandala with The Yoga People and Mollie Morris’ Embodied Anatomy.

Helen’s energetic and dynamic classes draw inspiration from her mixed movement practice, encouraging students to connect to breath, fully embody their practice and cultivate strong and supported mobility whilst mindfully moving through creative flows.

Helen believes yoga is for all and fosters an inclusive environment, supporting people to adapt the practice to enable them to create space and find balance mentally and physically.
