Pineapple Community Roadshow 2018

Pineapple Community ended the spring term 2018 with a bang! In April, we received over 100 applications from schools across London. After a long decision process, we selected 20 schools to participate in our April—July roadshows. Some of the schools that participated were Brookfield Primary, Braincroft Primary, Kingsbury Green, Park Primary, St Joseph RC, Surrey Square School, Trinity St Marys, Ark Globe Academy, Loughborough Primary, City of London Academy, Maria Fidelis and so many more! We sent our amazing instructors into all the twenty schools for 10 weeks with an invitation to visit Pineapple Dance Studios and showcase all their hard work to each other and participate in a special dance workshop! We hosted three Roadshow Showcases at Pineapple Dance Studions on Friday 22nd June, Monday 2nd July and Friday 14th July. Each group had a lovely introduction to Pineapple from Reception Manager Giles and Assistant Manager Jenny, and learned more about Pineapple Community. The students then took part in a dance workshop with instructors Kimberley and Jayne. Instructors shared motivational and inspirational stories with the students, and the events finished with an amazing showcase of each school's performance. All three showcases were fantastic - the young people were very talented and were led beautifully by their instructors. Well done to everyone who participated in the roadshow showcases!
