We have 11 studios spread over 5 floors to cater for all your needs.
Our studios are available to hire by the hour, offering premium, affordable audition and rehearsal spaces.
All studios have natural light (indirect daylight in studios 5, 6, 7, and 11 via corridor windows), with sprung floors, a piano, mirrors, ballet barres, basic lighting, sound systems, and window blinds*. High speed Wi-Fi, fans and heaters are available free of charge as well as unlimited filtered water, WC facilities, changing rooms, and showers.
There is a lift direct to the 3rd floor where Studio 79 and the Production Room are located. Portable coloured lighting as shown in Studio 79, and Zoom streaming system can be provided at extra cost upon request. Tables and chairs available upon request, please enquire before arrival.

*Studio 8 doesn't have window blinds nor a piano.
Private office is available for hire by the hour to everyone from our current clients, members, to tutors. This space can be used for activities such as 1-1 auditions (including video auditions), guitar lessons, individual yoga sessions, etc. This space is also suitable for private business meetings and online meetings. Chairs, tables, and a portable sound system are available, please give notice prior to arrival. The room includes a private shower and toilet. The space is located on the third floor with both stair and lift access, with large windows with blinds that let lots of natural light in. This production room is located directly by Studio 79 and is hireable at the same time for bigger productions.

Any cancellations, amendments or time changes must be made 14 days or more before the booking date in order to receive a credit or refund. Any cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before the booking are charged at 100% and are nonrefundable.
