This December, Pineapple Dance Studios is bringing Broadway to Covent Garden with our West End Themed Dance Workshops with some of the theatre world's best dancers and cast members! This December, we have an Juliet Workshop (All)with official cast member, Abiola Efunshile, and a Hamilton Workshop (Int/Adv) with official cast member, Christopher Tendai.

Abiola is a dancer and performer from South London. She trained at The Urdang Academy and her passion for performing has taken her on multiple UK tours for shows such as Hairspray, Noughts & Crosses as well as West End shows where she performed with the original cast of & Juliet. She is currently performing as the role of Robbie in Tina: The Tina Turner Musical at The Aldwych Theatre. Abiola has also danced commercially with artists such as Dua Lipa and Jaxx Jones. Using her knowledge and experience of different parts of the industry. Abiola enjoys teaching and passing on her enthusiasm, excitement and love of performing in a safe, judgement-free and fun environment. |

Christopher Tendai has nearly a decade of experience working in professional Musical Theatre and Dance Theatre. Some of his performance credits include: Original London Revival of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, Matilda, West Side Story, Original London Cast of Hamilton, Jesus Christ Superstar, In The Heights, Hairspray and many more. His choreography credits include: Assassins (Factory Playhouse Studio Theatre), Wuthering Heights (Turbine Theatre), Children of Eden (Union Theatre), The Wonderful (Theatre Peckham), Piano Legends (National Tour), Identity (Edinburgh Fringe / Turbine Theatre / Theatre Peckham), The Greatest Dancer (BBC) just to mention a few. Christopher is also the Artistic Director of the Award Winning CTC Dance Company with a partnership at the prestigious Theatre Peckham celebrating diversity, inclusivity and mental health awareness within their body of work. |
