Yes! The Pineapple LIVE App is available on the Apple App store & Android Play Store. Click the icons below to download the LIVE App for FREE for your device.

You will receive an emailed Zoom link 4 hours before the start of the class. If you book the class within 4 hours of the class, you will receive the link to your class within 15 minutes of booking. 

Classes are around £6-£8 inclusive of our membership fee. The prices will very from class to class. 

No, it's totally up to you. Most teachers encourage students to have their camera on so they can check to see if they are doing ok during class and because it encourages that communal “in the studio together” feel.
However, if you feel shy you can just wait till you familiarise yourself with the class and the teacher and I’m sure you’ll gain the confidence to turn your camera on.

Classes can be cancelled easily via the app or in your Pineapple LIVE website account. You will receive a full credit (which can be seen under “passes“ in your account) as long as you cancel any classes more than two hours before the start time.

Yes, dance classes are streamed via Zoom. Please note that the teacher may not be able to help with personal technical issues. For technical support, please email live@pineapple.uk.com.

Sometimes, spam filters keep emails from reaching the intended recipient. Please check your 'junk mail' folder and move the email into your inbox before clicking the link as it will not work in your spam. All online classes are streamed via Zoom so please download Zoom before your class. If you book more than 4 hours ahead of the class, you will receive a receipt and class details email at the time of booking and then an email with a link to join the class 4 hours before the class. If you book the class within 4 hours of the class, you should receive a receipt, class details email and the link to your class within 15 minutes of booking.

Classes are available to book a livestream dance session up to 30 days in advance. You can book a class up to 5 minutes before the class starts, however this is sometimes not enough time for the transaction to process and sometimes your server will slow down any emails and links so it is advisable to book at least 20 minutes before a class.
