Orders and refunds are being processed as normal. Due to limitations caused by the current health alert, Royal Mail deliveries may be disrupted in some areas, but your order should arrive within 10 working days.
All stock is subject to availability and Pineapple reserves the right to refuse or restrict any order.
Orders placed before 1.30pm Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, will be posted on the same day. We know from customer feedback that when you order online you want the item as quickly as possible. For that reason, we despatch all of our orders promptly. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of the order being placed, however there can sometimes be unavoidable delays.
Please note that during busier times, although all efforts are put in to facilitate a quick service, orders can take a few days longer than our usual delivery schedule.
Please note that, when available, international deliveries can take 2-3 weeks to arrive and are possibly subject to Customs and Import Duties which can delay the order further.
If there are any delays in despatching the order within 5 working days we will contact you by email to inform you.
Digital gift cards will be emailed to the recipient email address entered. (You can enter your own email address and print the voucher to give in person).
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries within the UK. You will receive a parcel tracking code from us, which will enable you to track your order; please enter your correct email address when you place your order. Our standard delivery price per order is £3.95 for most items. The warehouse does not currently deliver to the BT36 4PE postcode.
The majority of UK orders will be delivered in approximately 3-4 working days from the day of order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact us and we will track it with Royal Mail. Please note Royal Mail will not deliver or collect on bank and public holidays.
Delivery costs for some large orders may be higher than the standard cost. We reserve the right to contact you if we need to charge you a higher amount. You may cancel your order if the new delivery costs are not agreeable.
Click and Collect is currently unavailable.
Currently, due to limitations on available courier services, we are not delivering overseas and are unable to take orders with a non-UK delivery address. We will update this as soon as services return to normal.
We do not offer exchanges on items purchased online, however, we offer Free UK returns if you would like to return an item from your order. If you are unsure of which size, colour, or style to order, we suggest that you buy several sizes/colours and return any unwanted items back to us for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Masks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Click here for more information on how to return items from your order. Once returned items have been processed at our warehouse it is not possible to access the returned items again.
